　　 全球不景氣的陰影與溫室效應(yīng)，深深影響每個人的生活和未來生存，尤其全球暖化，已成為大家即將面臨的浩劫。

水、空氣是人類生存的養(yǎng)分，水滋養(yǎng)大地萬物，有如大地的母親；山是大地的依靠，雄壯與堅強如同父親，山與水增添大地之美，可惜因人類的貪婪與自私，讓許多山、河與湖泊變色。

簡單最好，自然就是美，山、水、湖泊、河流與瀑布是大自然的傑作，大自然也是人類最好的朋友，大家應(yīng)該敬天憫人、熱愛生命、珍惜萬物生靈、認真生活、維護大自然，才不會引來大自然的反撲，因為地球祇有一個，身為地球人，應(yīng)該關(guān)心地球事，對節(jié)能減碳更要義不容辭。也唯有健康的體魄，才能享受美好的生活，有健康的環(huán)境，才能有良好的心境。

生活中不如意事十常八九，工作上也難免有壓力，所以必須懂得調(diào)劑，偶爾看看山、水、湖泊能讓心胸開闊、煩憂遠離，為了讓大家在繁雜的生活中，能有視覺的喘息，特將曾發(fā)表過的阿爾卑斯山、北歐風(fēng)貌、萊茵河、多瑙河、波羅的海、愛琴海以及峽灣、加拿大亞伯達省的洛磯山脈、天然湖泊以及瀑布彙整在今年的記事本上，希望這些壯麗的大自然景觀與豐富的人文景物，能帶給大家豐富的心靈饗宴。

常常有朋友問我，到過那麼多國家，那裡最漂亮？我總是告訴他們，每個地方都有不同的特色，一景一物，只要慢下腳步用心欣賞，都能有所感動與收穫，僅以這本湖光山色與大家分享旅途中的真、善、美。

The natural beauty of lakes and mountains

The global recession affects everyone's lives, and the greenhouse effect threatens our future survival.

We depend on air and water for our survival. Like the mother of the Earth, water nourishes all living things. Like a strong and steadfast father, mountains provide the Earth with something to rely on. Mountains and water lend beauty to the Earth. Unfortunately, human greed and selfishness have tarnished the splendor of many mountains, rivers, and lakes.

Simplicity is best, and the natural is the most beautiful. Mountains, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls are Nature's masterpieces. Nature is humanity's best friend; everyone should love nature, sympathize with other people, cherish life, care for all living things, have a serious attitude toward life, and preserve Nature. This is the only way we can be sure that Nature will not try to settle scores. Because there is only one Earth, we should treasure it, and it is urgent that we conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions. Having a healthy body is the only way to enjoy well-being, and a healthy environment is the key to a happy outlook on life.

Life usually does not turn out as good as we expect it to, and work is inevitably stressful at times. It is therefore important to keep our mental outlook adjusted, and occasionally looking at the mountains, rivers, and lakes will let us keep things in perspective. To ensure that everyone can rest their eyes in the midst of their busy day, we have specially compiled images of mountains, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls in this year's planner, including scenes from the Alps, North Cape, the Rhine, the Danube, the Baltic Sea, the Aegean Sea, the fjords of Norway, and the Canadian Rockies. We hope that these spectacular natural scenes and cultural landmarks will enrich and nourish everyone's spirits.

Friends often ask me what is the most beautiful of the many countries I have visited. I always tell them that every place has its own different features, and every scene has something worthwhile to give to those who are willing to slow down and appreciate it. It is my wish to use these natural scenes to share the truth, goodness, and beauty of my journeys.
