HL-VN’s factory in Vietnam occupies
25,000 square meters of land, with a building
area of 15,000 square meters, and started mass
production in 2018. In June 2023, HL acquired
an additional 50,000 square meters of land for
a second factory, bringing the total land area to

the new factory took place on November 29,
2023, and the first phase of construction, cov-
ering 15,000 square meters, is expected to be
completed by June 2025. The new factory will
feature die-casting, CNC, and powder coating
equipment, initially producing bicycle frames
and adjusting the production capacity of the
mainland factories.
HL-VN’s ?rst factory specializes in pro-
ducing aluminum alloy components and is well-
equipped with equipment including 10 million-
ton hot forging machines, T4
heat treatment machines, 650-
ton die-casting machines for
fork tubes and seat posts, 400-
ton machines for seat tube junc-
tions, 28 CNC machines, and
more. HL emphasizes quality
control, with a full range of test-
ing equipment to ensure strict
product quality standards.

ESG initiatives, having already
obtained certifications like ISO
14064 and BSI, and is working
toward SA8000 certification by
2025. The new factory will also
aim for LEED Gold certifica-
tion for green building practices,
with 8,000 square meters of
rooftop solar panels generating
1.1 MW, expected to produce 1.5
million kWh annually.
