CYCLETECH (FUJI-TA)
FUJI-TA’s Vietnam plant, established in 2023 in Binh ▲Cycletech (FUJI-TA Vietnam) GM Allen Wang.
Duong Province’s BaoPhong Industrial Park, spans 120,000
square meters and features 8 welding lines, 4 coating lines, and
6 assembly lines. The plant’s annual capacity is 1 million units,
mainly targeting the IBD market. General Manager Allen Wang
mentioned that due to inventory clearance issues, production
capacity has not yet reached full scale, with the plant currently
producing around 15,000 bikes (including e-bikes) per month.
FUJI-TA’s Cambodia plant currently produces about
45,000 units per month, and as the Vietnam plant ramps up, it
expects to receive more orders from new customers and increase
its market share.

Lin remarked that although the first phase faced challenges
due to the pandemic and market downturn, they believe now
is the best time to prepare for the future. The new facility
will include advanced equipment such as laser cutting and
automated welding, as well as solar panels to reduce carbon
emissions.
ACOCA’s Chairman Anthony Chen pointed out that
the company’s factory, located in the BaoChui Industrial
Park, will improve production capacity and rationalize the
layout. The com-
pany plans to focus
on producing high-
quality frames, bi-
cycles, and e-bikes.
